Location : St Marcel de Félines, Loire, France

Description :

Le Pré gourmet is a celebration of the harmonious connection between nature’s simple generosity and a cuisine that is both authentic and refined.

It needed a space that truly reflected this spirit.

Set on the ground floor of a beautifully restored stone house, the restaurant brings the outdoors in with warm, earthy tones and reclaimed wood. Subtle touches throughout the space hint at the culinary journeys of Chef Alain Clément, creating an atmosphere that feels both rooted and worldly.

Sustainability is at the heart of the project: nearly all the furniture was sourced from Village des Brocanteurs, including vintage chairs reupholstered by l’Armoire Vintage, custom elements like the bar, built-in benches, and high-top tables were designed by Brocbear using salvaged wood and metal, giving the space a unique character while embracing reuse and upcycling.
